Mind over matter
Come with a good attitude expecting the best experience (if you are new to wigs and expect them to be hot and itchy that most likely will be your experience. Embrace this journey no matter why you are on it…
What matters most is how you see/feel about yourself
Bring your imagination - you may find a style you like that we do not have in your color in house or vice versa. We will help you with either scenario so we may special order your style in the color of your choice or find a style you love in the color you desire.
Think about how you would like to look and bring pictures. (If scheduling an appointment, send pictures ahead of time to help us prepare in advance)
Would you like to have something close to how you currently wear or last wore your natural hair? Or would you like to have a fantasy piece that represents your alter ego.
Think about color/length/texture/type (synthetic or human)
What is your budget?
Many feel more comfortable when they come to the boutique and their hair is clean and in a style that will not interfere with their wig trying process.
We are required by law to have each person cover their hair with a new wig cap for hygiene.
Expect for your hair to be a bit messy at the end of this process
Please make sure your hair is dry when you come in to try on hair.

Do you work in an environment that is climate controlled?
Will you wear your new hair every day or only on special occasions
Toppers - A wig covers your entire head while a topper will allow you to incorporate your hair while providing coverage for any areas of challenge from the front of your hair through the crown..
Where is your area(s) of challenge?
If you are getting your hair colored, most customers do so prior to purchasing your topper to select the best color to match.. (some clients elect to select their topper and have their stylist color their hair to match)
